Jewellery Order Information

When you order handmade jewellery from us we retain records of your purchase including design specifications, materials selected (such as pounamu, gold, or silver), sizing information, and delivery preferences. Providing personal information for orders and enquiries is generally necessary for us to process your request. If you choose not to provide required information, we may not be able to fulfil your order, respond to your enquiry, or provide the service you requested. Marketing communications are voluntary—you may opt out at any time without affecting our ability to provide order-related communications.
