Product Information
Under the Fair Trading Act 1986, we ensure our product descriptions and representations are accurate and not misleading. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our handmade jewellery. However, as each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in appearance, colour, and dimensions may occur. These variations are characteristic of artisan jewellery and do not constitute defects.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Product availability is subject to change, and we cannot guarantee that all items displayed will be available at the time of order.
Custom Orders
Custom jewellery orders are subject to additional terms discussed during the consultation process. Once a custom design is approved and production begins, modifications may incur additional charges. Custom pieces may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Consumer Guarantees Act
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). If you are purchasing as a consumer for personal or domestic use, the CGA applies. Our products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. These terms operate in addition to your statutory rights under the CGA, Fair Trading Act 1986, and other applicable New Zealand consumer laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sholrynnghel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. This limitation does not apply where it would contravene the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other mandatory consumer protection legislation.
